Location and set-up of the resort
Quite pricey food. If they would make it slightly cheaper, you would be tempted to eat every night at the resort because of the nicely decorated restaurants with their sea views. Now, you're not. It's rediculous they charge you for the boat transfer to the resort.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped and had attractive views of the sunset.

Staying in the Beautiful Garden Bungalow provided ample space with a beautiful view of the garden and easy access to the beach. The surroundings felt serene, with tropical gardens enhancing the peaceful atmosphere.
Some external factors detracted from the experience. A local religious site outside the resort broadcasted prayers at 5 AM through a loudspeaker, which may disturb light sleepers. The breakfast options fell short for Western tastes, lacking familiar choices like bacon unless requested, and the wait times at the omelette station were long. The Wi-Fi was slow throughout the hotel. Being reliant on the buggy service for getting around the resort could be inconvenient, especially during peak hours.

It's very beautiful all around. Great breakfasts and dinners.
The drains, but it's not the hotel's fault :)

I cherished the serene beauty of my beachfront junior suite, with its fine views of the turquoise sea and the well-maintained pathways, made getting around so easy. The private beach was a true escape, perfect for relaxation.
Improve dining service speed and efficiency.

Bungalows may not be modern but they are comfortable and they do their best to provide everything. Lots of live music entertainment at the restaurants gives it a nice vibe. They provided a surprise birthday cake and decoration. The staff are lovely people.
A little pricey for Thai standards. You have to pay for everything. No common entertainment room where guests can hang out when It rains

Excellent and beautiful location in Phi Phi Islands, not far from resort blue lagoon, and next beach. Booked a brand-new room with closet space, the finest amenities and the garden.

The beachfront location provides fine sunrise views right from the balcony.
The dining options are very limited, and service was noticeably slow.

Lovely, lovely, lovely.
The views from our beachfront junior suite at sunrise were amazing, setting the perfect tone for the day. The private beach offered pristine, turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and soaking up the sun. I loved how attentive and cute the staff were.
Would recommend 🌴💖

The resort definitely has the wow factor when you arrive as you realise that the whole bay is just for the guests of the resort including an 800m stretch of white sandy beach with hardly anyone on it. The beach huts appear very similar, with increasing price for being nearer the beach and being a little larger, but even the cheapest is just 1 min walk to the beach. The swimming pool is excellent and is right next to the beach so has an awesome view out over the bay. There is a different buffet each night in the main restaurant where a guy with a guitar and 4 backing singers come round to play at each table the song of your choice. They are very good and I would recommend going to the bar after the meal where they play more requests into the late evening. The resort can arrange snorkelling trips in their boat that go to the main sites around Phi Phi including lunch on one of the beaches. Whilst a bit on the pricey side (nearly £50 each) it is still a really good trip and judging by prices in Patong bay it is not massively over priced. The breakfast is good, especially with all the fresh fruit that they grow on the island.
We stayed at the resort for 3 nights and felt that we were ready to move on after that. You are limited by the relative isolation of the resort, although if you wanted a honeymoon/holiday where you spent a week by a pool or lying on the beach eating from the same restaurant each night then the extra you pay for staying here would be well worth it compared to staying for a week on the more crowded beaches in Phuket. Food options are relatively limited. There is the option of a couple of restaurants round the back of the resort that the staff/locals use. The food here is ok and is cheaper than the resort, but make sure you either cover up or use a lot of insect repellent otherwise you'll come back with loads of bites. The other downside with anywhere on Phi Phi is the potential for a bad ferry ride across from the mainland. We went in July and whilst the trip to the island was ok, the 2 hour trip back was horrible with really choppy seas and people being ill. Whilst this is not specific to the resort, if you don't like ferry rides then you may want to consider arranging for a private speed boat that would do the trip much faster. The hotel can offer this if you ask.

The location is beautiful so is the design that's about it!
It's expensive the food is terrible and you are like a hostage they rip you off for every thing: Wi Fi is in limited area and expensive! Another example: ferry + transfer to phuket airport cost 600 b, they ask for 1300b with no shame!!! I do not recommend this place: too far too expensive - not good value for money!
